Designated Project Managers

As a new Mitrefinch customer, you are allocated a dedicated Project Manager who works closely with your key employees to ensure the implementation of your workforce management system runs according to plan, on time and within budget. 

All Mitrefinch Project Managers are PRINCE2 qualified.

Projects IN Controlled Environments is a process-based method for effective project management.  PRINCE2 is a de facto standard used extensively by the UK Government and is widely recognised and used in the private sector, both in the UK and internationally.

Mitrefinch has an in-depth understanding of how to deploy complex business workforce management solutions to a multitude of client organisations.

We are very sensitive to the fact that our suite of workforce management applications generally effects every employee across your business. Our services team will recommend fast and manageable approaches and help you organise and successfully deploy our workforce management solutions, even in the most complex environments.

During the implementation phase our Software Engineers will set up all areas of configuration based on the requirements set out in the client-approved Project Plan

The Installation Process includes:

• Setting up the database, security parameters, configuration (i.e. implementing work rules)
• Data migration
• Creating interfaces to Payroll, ERP or HR systems
• Providing guidelines for general maintenance

Training

Onsite training is recommended to maximise user uptake and understanding of our workforce time management solutions. 

Before we create our tailored training plan we always evaluate the technical skill levels of those who will actually use the software on a daily basis.  We need to factor in user computer literacy and familiarity with similar applications and software as this will impact the end users’ speed of adoption.

We then design and develop our training programmes to match the level of familiarity with the software that the trainee will need to have on a day-to-day basis.  To support new employees or to refresh skills, ongoing training can be provided.

All system users are invited to attend one of our annual user group sessions. These sessions provide an opportunity to receive further training, industry updates and take part in forums on new product development.
